Environmental Policy


Reduce Carbon Footprint: We aim to minimize our carbon footprint by working with leading, energy-efficient data centers, encouraging staff use of public transport, and adopting cloud-based solutions wherever possible.

Responsible E-Waste Management: We commit to dispose of e-waste responsibly, either through recycling programs or partnering with certified e-waste management companies.

Social Policy


Employee Well-being: We're committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity, promotes personal and professional growth, and maintains health and safety standards. We work to promote diversity and inclusion in our workplace, every day.

Governance Policy


Ethical Conduct: We aim to uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all our operations. We aim to operate in a transparent and ethical manner. We will have a strong corporate governance and ethics structure in place. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We will conduct our business in a way that respects human rights and labor rights.

Risk Management: We will maintain a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, manage, and report potential risks.


We'll maintain an ethics code and require all employees, board members, and suppliers to be trained and to comply.

We'll undergo regular third-party audits to ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards, such as achieving SOC 2 compliance.

Implementation and Review

This ESG policy will be reviewed intermittently to ensure its continued relevance. Each department is responsible for implementing these policies within their respective areas, and the Senior Management will oversee the overall adherence to the policy.
